It is an honour to serve my community as a City Councillor, having been a Flin Flonner since birth and raised our family here. My background includes a BA Psych Honours in counselling, a law degree LL.B. and past community involvement as a parent council advocate, school trustee, executive director of a non-profit organization, SPCA co-founder and member of local committees and Boards.
I am a sole practitioner lawyer in my law office with a focus on family and child protection law. Flin Flon is a friendly and vibrant community surrounded by the beauty of the northern boreal forest and offers much in every area that enriches living. Flin Flon will continue to do so and to thrive.

BIOGRAPHY
I am extremely pleased to be elected by my fellow Flin Flonners. I was born and raised in Flin Flon, I met my wife Kelly here and we are fortunate to have raised our three children Alli (19), Hanna (17) and Scott (14) in this terrific community.
I was lucky enough to be hired by the Flin Flon School Division my first year of teaching and have been given diverse work in three of the schools over the past 20 years. I have taught in the classroom and gymnasium, worked as the guidance counsellor of Hapnot Collegiate, and for the past ten years served as a school administrator.
I enjoy volunteering through coaching school and community sports and with the Rotary Club of Flin Flon. I look forward to continuing to serve my community and ensure that Flin Flon continues to grow and prosper.

I would like to thank the people of Flin Flon for showing their trust in me to be a part of this wonderful hard-working Council team.
I am the Marketing Manager at Northland Ford. In that position I have not only had the privilege of working with great people but have also been able to participate in many community initiatives such as Scare Hunger, Share the Warmth, Trout Festival and many more. My wife and I are also very involved in a volunteer capacity with the Flin Flon Bombers. I have two sons - Connor (who attends University in Brandon) and Cole who works for Hudbay and lives in Flin Flon.
My wife Janice and I moved from Calgary five years ago, but our life in Flin Flon started long before that when my son Connor played for the Bombers and we realized that this was a special place that we would be happy to call home. My passion for Flin Flon was the reason for running for Council and I feel my fresh eyes can help move the city into the future with prosperity, public safety and pride in mind.
