Tourism: FDC Tourism Collaborative

The FDC Tourism Collaborative is made up of business owners, public officials, and community members who are engaged in the recreation, tourism, and hospitality space.

The team meets once a month to discuss opportunities to collaborate on promoting the region, create a supportive business environment, and help Flin Flon’s tourism and hospitality industry become greater than the sum of its parts.

The FDC Tourism Collaborative has recently collaborated on initiatives like Be A Tourist In Your Own Back Yard, a trade-show like event that helps local Flin Flonners learn more about the hospitality businesses available in their region. They have also had conversations with Tourism Saskatchewan to discuss challenges and opportunities from the 2025 wildfires.
