Bust the Winter Blues comes up near the end of February, right when we can all use a pick-me-up in the depths of winter. There are outdoor games, kids’ activities, fireworks, and various other events planned by the community at large.

Flin Flon’s music scene culminates every year with Blueberry Jam, our annual three-day August music festival that attracts visitors from across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. It’s a big deal: In 2025, the front gates recorded more than 9000 entries throughout the weekend!
Starting in late September and running through October, Flin Flon’s Culture Days casts a wide net across Flin Flon’s subcultures to bring you the most diverse cross-section of events, clubs, and activities that Flin Flon has to offer. From concerts to workshops to card game tournaments, it’s a big slice of northern life!
