Three days until The Great Community Clean Up!
Come out on Monday, May 12 between 5:00pm and 7:00pm in Pioneer Square to join our community and business partners for hot dogs and beverages while we pick up some litter and make Flin Flon shine! We’ll provide the snacks and supplies, you bring the community pride!
We will also have a smaller gathering on May 26th. The barbeque won’t be out that day, but we will!
If you can’t make it on May 12th or 26th, you can still pick up garbage bags and gloves from City Hall at any time starting today to help clean up our parks, roadways, and downtown areas whenever you have some time to spare.
When you’re done, tie up the bags and leave them right where you finished, call City Hall front desk at 1- 833-210-6435, and let us know where you left them: our Works and Operations team will come pick them up for you!
And of course, we want to help you get your own spring cleaning done. Between May 17 and June 1st, tipping fees at the Flin Flon Landfill are free!
