2026 Emergency Pre-Registration Form

Summer is around the corner! We’re hoping for a quiet one, but we need to be prepared for anything.

To help our emergency management staff prepare, please use the form at the link below to pre-register in case Flin Flon experiences another emergency!

Even if you registered with us last year, please register again: we are working to create a complete and central database of our population, so that we can easily provide it to the Province of Manitoba, Red Cross, or other emergency partners.

The form will ask you details like your address, your contact information, how many dependents and pets you have in your home, and whether you have your own transportation available in the event of an evacuation.

This information will help us contact you in the event of an emergency, record vulnerable households who may need additional help in an emergency, and plan the required resources for emergency response and evacuations, like evacuation buses, accommodations, and more.

If you are a local business or community gathering place, please print and share this poster in your establishment to encourage our community to register!

The information we collect will only be used for emergency planning purposes.
